Cut the paper in a rectangle about 4"x8". Next, roll up the paper on the shorter site (the resulting roll should be 4") and squeeze it a bit in your hand, don't sneeze it into a ball.

They also sell straight wire in different lengths, this can be a little difficult to straighten.
Now fold the paper (the same direction you rolled it) in small sections like an accordion. Pinch one end and tape it to the end of the wire. Repeat around the wire with as many as you'd like! Have fun!
